The
Restoration Bible Training Centre is part of the aims and objectives of Christian Restoration Ministries International as it prepares leaders for the work of service in God's Kingdom.
"Work hard so God can approve you. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth". 2 Timothy 2:15 (NLT)
The Bible is God's inspired word, it is the only source of wisdom, understanding and knowledge. It is a fountain of truth, freedom and practical principles to apply to life.

John Bunjo started the bible school teaching program in 2001 with just 5 people. One of those, Peter Odoi, now works alongside John and handles all the organizations administration. From its small beginnings, the school has expanded and in 2005 over 60 people graduated from the training programme with certificate level achievements.
Our bible school runs daily, Monday to Friday, from 5 – 7.00pm with most people coming straight from work. For those unable to come on weekdays a similar programme runs on Saturdays from 9.00am – 1.00pm. To help people understand the commitment and responsibility attached to the school, a small fee of 60,000 Shillings (about £20 or 35) is charged to help cover basic costs.
The certificate level course runs for 1 year and covers the following:
- Bible study methods and interpretation
- Teaching principles and methods
- How to counsel from scripture
- Communication
- Survey of the Old Testament
- Leadership
- Bi-vocational studies – the emphasis on Paul being a tent maker
- Prayer
In 2006, CRM introduced a 2 year diploma course and in January 2008 certificates and diplomas were awarded to 72 people. This course focused on leadership and development and showed how to apply biblical principles into each individuals daily lives. The theme or mission of the course is for people to become agents of change, based upon the scripture from Isaiah 58:12,
"Your children will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities…." (NLT)
One of the targets that the bible school has is to be able to record study modules onto tape/CD to meet the needs of people who are unable to attend CRM's offices for study.
