As a young pastor many years ago, a member of the church I was pastoring advised me to attend a Bible School. She told me that even though I was obviously anointed, there were many things I lacked and so I needed to sit down and be taught. Like most pastors at that time, I at first resisted the advice. "Where did Jesus go to school?", I questioned her. She, however, wouldn’t give up and eventually I gave in and attended training for two years. Today, I am so grateful that she did not give up on me. I am so sure that attending that Bible School has greatly contributed to the relative stability and success I enjoy today in ministry.
Later when the Lord led me to start this ministry, He very clearly told me that a major aspect of our work had to be training leaders into effective change agents. It is one thing to be called and

anointed; it is another thing to have the skills and the knowledge to be able to produce sustainable results.
We opened RBTC several years ago, and for the first year I was the only instructor. We faced several challenges. But when the Lord brought Pastor Thomas Kibirige (a professional teacher) to us, we took off full swing and we have never stopped. We have now had non-stop training running for 5 years. We have graduated over 120 students.
If you have never had any systematic and comprehensive training in ministry, I urge you to consider coming to RBTC. You will live to tell of the positive results.
