Over the last 9 years, Apostles John and Sarah Bunjo have laboured to fulfil this divine assignment by reaching out to the body of Christ both in and outside Uganda. One of the major methods they have been using in their multi-faceted ministry is conducting revival/prayer conferences code-named Divine Encounters.

In 2006, the John & Sarah were on a mission trip in the United Kingdom when the Lord instructed John to organize a retreat specifically for leaders. Most of the meetings that CRMI been hosting were for everybody but this time round, the Lord wanted an Encounter organized for Church leaders only. This instruction proved very timely, because when John got back to Kampala, he found some major shock waves going through the City's Church leadership. It was obvious that God's heart was longing to reach out to His leaders with encouragement, comfort, guidance and fresh strengthening. God also desired to warn, correct and rebuke so that the badly neglected virtues of integrity and accountability could again become foundational in the ministry.

The first such event, named the "Levite's Retreat", was held from 3rd - 6th January 2007 at Grace High School, Gayaza, Kampala. The event was attended by 346 church leaders; over 50% of them being Senior Pastors. Another event was held 2nd - 5th January 2008, a report of this will follow shortly.
