We are working hard to address one of the biggest problems in Uganda today; education for children. Many families are struggling to make ends meet and it is usually the children´s education that suffers. We are working in partnership with sponsors in the west to try and re-address that balance.

Through Christian Restoration Ministries International, the youth of Uganda are taught how to become mature adults, how to be strong and able to resist the temptations that cause them to suffer and stumble. We believe that if we work with God and His word, alongside of our youth, we can save them from the strife that has affected so many older generations. Teaching about abstinence through the bible and with the Holy Spirit, the spread of HIV/AIDS and other related diseases can be slowed down and eradicated.
It is through the care and nurturing of CRM that many young and single people receive Christ and can become confident and mature in their life.. We also give pre-marital counselling to prepare our youth for the responsibilities of married life, the changes that take place and the necessary essentials of a life together, as a husband and wife with God.
As with the youth ministries, young people are prepared for adulthood in a positive way, using biblical principles and scripture. At CRM we believe that every single person is important; the investments in peoples lives lead to each person forming good relationships and maintaining them the way God intended.
Again pre-marital counselling is included.
At CRM we often find that many couples face problems with married life and roles/responsibilities due to a lack of pre-marital counselling, and a lack of preparation before marriage.
All couples receive counselling and see good examples of Christian marriages before them as role models.
Many people have stories and testimonies of how God has restored their marriages and healed them of emotional hurt and rejection.
Speaking to Thomas, one of CRM's success stories, one phrase sticks out above the rest: "It is one thing to be male, but another thing to become a man". In today’s world it is easy to fall into a trap and not take the responsibility of being a father, husband, a man; seriously, but God is serious about changing a man.
Within the teachings of this ministry men are encouraged to look at their responsibilities and to put into practice, through scripture, these responsibilities into every day life. Every man has a destiny in God; they are encouraged to fulfil that calling to become mature, responsible adults within their home, work, church, and whole life.
The mission of Abigail Ministries is to employ every Godly means to enhance the lives of women. Encouraging women to minister to one another, since they understand their own lives best, Abigail Ministry´s mission is to enhance the gifts and talents women possess by providing avenues for putting them to use.
Teaching women to have skills where they can help themselves, though not educated. We hope to open up a vocational school where we can teach women tailoring, catering and handicrafts such that a woman even in the deepest village can sustain herself and her family.

A whole range of people contact us through John & Sarah Bunjo and their colleagues at the CRM offices in Kampala. People phone direct or sometimes just turn up and wait patiently to receive counselling from God through John & Sarah or other associated Pastors working together with CRM.
Why?
Well here at CRM we are unique, in the fact that unlike some organizations in Uganda, we do not charge for the services we offer; all donations to CRM are made through individuals who hear from God and feel compelled to make a financial gift. If you are not convinced that this works well; CRM was begun in 1998 and God is still blessing us this way today. So many people in Uganda do not earn enough to pay for anything other than food; school fees, medical treatment and other things are unaffordable luxuries.
